(*small hole patching inside and outside INCLUDED with a steel mesh*! Slight Extra charge for Baiters/Stations and Sealing Holes with Foam if needed) Warranty Included.
*small hole patching pertains to holes in cement or wood foundation etc. of structure, inside or outside where rodents can enter and exit*
Does Not include Foundation problems from decay, rotted wood, Holes larger than 1″, etc.
Also note: recommendations on invoice/report for repairs needed by Owner needs to be complete for warranty, before a 2nd service is needed, if needed.

*Warranty comes with 1 extra month of service (if needed)
*Warranty is for 1 more consecutive month after first service call, 30-45 days after first service (but you must call within that time frame)

Bee and Yellow Jacket problems? Yellow Jackets making Nests inside walls in your Home and/or Flying into a Hole or Crack? Usually (1) service call will take care of those problems, and if Yellow Jackets are Not gone after 1st visit, I come back **FREE until they are Gone!!
**Free service where application was made on “same” spot/crack/nest/hole, etc. “initially”
